My system (T12-423 running TOS 5.0.176) is now showing an alert that the terra-master.com certificate has expired.

How do I renew the certificate?

The fix is unfortunately:

enable TNAS.online under remote access from the desktop, this would expose the nas login to attack vector if unlucky

Hi, you can simply update "terra-master.com" certificate through the "Update" button in the certificate management interface.

I was wondering about this aswell, wouldn't it be better to have it auto update?

Sorry to be dense, but I have this problem as well.

Do I update the certificate in Windows or in the TerraMaster user interface?

Whichever method please explain exactly how I do this since I can't figure it out. Thanks.

I can see the Certificate in the TM Security application, and it indicates it expired 15 days ago. I have been having problems about this long. However when I click on the Certificate I do not see a means to update it. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Select the expired certificate on TOS > Control panel > security > certificate, and click on the "Update" button.

What version of TOS are you running?

The newer build all have an update option above the 3 certificates which becomes clickable when you individually click eligible certificates.
