I just updated to tos5, installed last version of plex through tmnascommunity, had to make a new server on plex and now I cant seem to add library locations.
I cannot browse to add the folders
Is there any solution?

You need to go to the TOS control panel to set the media user group permissions for these shared folders.

This update has broken a lot of things. I wish i havent upgraded.

Did you modify the shared folder permission of the media user group?
After the modification you will be able to see the contents of the folder.
If you still can't see it, you can try to re-enable the application in Application Center.
