F5-221 Sudden reboot

Hi all!

Bought the device last week
Install auto TOS (4.2.39)
plug-in 4x HGST 3Tb NAS (HDD) - 2xRAID1 + (1+1) single hdd (yes, today, I learned that it is not supported )

during operation (watch movie by SMB for exemple), after a while, device emits 'bip' and going to reboot

i have tried:
- reinstall TOS4 from manual mode and with some version
- re-plug with 1or 2 HDD only

Please, advice on what I need to check ?
how can I look at the reboots reason ?

Did you add memory to your TNAS? How often the issue happens?

No, the device is out of the box


I already have the idea to see how the memory is installed
Do you think it makes sense to do that?

tried again yesterday. reinstalled the system on one disk and when copying on the network received several reboots for 10-15 minutes

Basically, it should be able to determine the existence of problems.
Please collect a log in "TOS>Technical Support>Issues Report" and provide it to A for further analysis.
If necessary, they will tell you how to conduct after-sales treatment.
