This update includes the following bug fixes for the previous version:
1. Fixed some issues of the storage pool.
2. Fixed some issues of network services.
3. Fixed some issues of volume.
4. Fixed some issues of TOS desktop.
5. Fixed some issues of the app center.
6. Fixed some issues of file manager.

Important Notes
1. This update is only for TOS 5.0.120 or later versions. If your TOS version does not meet the requirements, please upgrade to TOS 5 by reinstalling TOS.
2. Under normal circumstances, the system update will not affect the data in your hard drives, but for your data safety, it is strongly recommended that you back up your data before the update!
3. If you have installed the VirtualBox application, you need to uninstall it and then update the system.

How to update your TOS?

Manual update:
1. Download the update package: TOS 5.0.157 (md5：b8f7f50a063747e7bf1da7bf730df424)
2. Go to TOS > Control Panel > General Settings > system;
3. Under the "Manual update", upload the update package;
4. Click "Apply";
5. After the system update is complete, you need to refresh your web browser;
6. Your TNAS's IP address may change after the system update, if you are not able to connect to your TNAS with the previous IP, you need to search the new IP again with the TNAC PC client;

Important Note:
After updating to TOS 5.0.157, you need to update your current TNAS PC to 5.0.33 or a later version, or you may not able to search your TNAS device.
1. TNAS PC 5.0.33 for Windows OS
2. TNAS PC 5.0.33 for macOS

It is recommended that you uninstall the previous version before installing this version of TNAS PC.

new update old error. Usbshare2 permission error also there.

This release seems to have an issue with SMB as all my SMB volumes and even connecting to the server are refused. For the ones I also have AFP enabled work fine. Thoughts on the SMB potential troubleshooting? Was working fine on 5.0.156 but not on 157. I tried to disable the service and re-enable but no luck. I also did a reboot and this did not correct the issue. I did notice that then I enable or disable the SMB service in the GUI, it seems to take some time until it is completed.

cant seem to view hdd smart data of any drives but hdd1

I skipped the TOS 5.0.156 (x.86) and patched over with this one TOS 5.0.157 (x.86)
checking the shares and so far the system seems to be ok.

pending more testing.

I have not attempted to use USBshare, will verify the S.M.A.R.T. data on my array once the web interface is up. :)

since i put reset nas and all disk , i see all the volume in plex tos5 beginning be nice for me

Are you accessing the NAS through a Windows machine? Also, which TM device are you using and what version did you upgrade from? Just want to check that the drives are still accessible as network drives. I'm still on the last TOS4 but the updates are finally beginning to look acceptable and I'd like to upgrade shortly.

I can confirm that in TOS 5.0.157 I CANNOT display the S.M.A.R.T. values for any drive in the array other than HDD1. When choosing to display the S.M.A.R.T. info for any other drive only the values for HDD1 are displayed.

Does the hard disk module show all hard disks?
When you click Details, is the option to toggle HDD greyed out? Or is only one option shown? You can try restarting TNAS.

I can confirm the S.M.A.R.T bug. The values are only displayed for HDD1. I can select the other drives, but they all have the same values as HDD1
