Unable to install Surveillance Manager

Subject says it all. Only message received is "Operation Failed".
Device is an F5-221, running TOS 5.0.135-00173.
Any information would be appreciated!

Can other applications be installed normally?
Please go to App Center - Settings to see if the app's storage location has enough space.
Please check if your device is connected to the internet.

Thanks for the quick response! No other apps would install. Upon further checking, I found my volume was corrupt. So I will be fixing that and try again. I will feedback when I am done.

Update: When I resolved the issue with my Volume corruption, the installation works! Thanks for the guidance. You may close the issue as resolved.
