Terra Master TOS Version 5.0.129
Emby MediaServer Ver 4.7.50

Installed and configured okay. Can connect remotely via Chrome Browser and Android TV.

Connects okay to Media Folder, but does not load ANY media, not VIdeos and not Audio

Uninstalled and resinstalled and still no luck.

Have tried a number of options, no luck.

Could not find solution online

Help Please, I feel I am missing something obvious.

You need to:
1.Check in the hub whether the app is enabled
2.LAN is not normally visible
3.The media user group has no permissions to share folders
4.The router has no port for remote access to the Map Emby server

Thanks for your suggestions, which I checked.

1 The App is enabled
2 Yes LAN is found by Emby
3 Confirmed the media group has full permissions
4 A access port forwarding on the Router has been added

And still can not see any media.

So I am open to any more suggestions.

Thanks

Hi.
In the Emby settings, what is the path you set?

I have tried multiple paths from the default path sent by Emby to others. All do not work.

Did you upgrade from TOS4 or TOS5Beta to the official version of TOS5 by reinstalling? If not, please reinstall it according to the official announcement of TOS5.
In addition, please generate a log and send it to the technical support mailbox to check.

Thank you. I went from TOS4 to TOS5.

I followed the process, as outlined in the documentation. It was not a reinstall, but by the Factory Reset Method.

I backup all the files as suggested before this was done.

I have generated the log sent it off to Technical Support and got back a message that there were no issues in the log files.

I know everyone has been most helpful but I am at the stage, where I want to roll back to TOS4, at least I knew that all worked.

Kind Regards, Mark
