TerraMaster D5 (Thunderbolt) Kept Crashing!

Hi All,

I just bought a new Terramaster D5. Put in 5 new Ironwolf 8T. Raid 0.
A loud beep will go off after using it for a few hours, and the log says error on first disk. I have tried 4-5 times to reconfigure the Raid (0 or 5) with the first disk replaced and it just kept reoccurring. Have attached some logs to show the disk error (And its always the first disk).

Basically, very very bad experience & I don't know what to do. Just so surprised with this product's poor quality.

Need help on this!
