Update has worked so far. One note : For me it reset the SMB setting in the menu to factory and I had to reset the SMB things like smb 2 minimum to smb 3 maximum!
Some other security settings like the DDOS protection were also disabled after the update !

Same on DoS Protection setting - this had been disabled after the update, even though I previously had it enabled.
Also I had the "Bonjour" discovery service disabled, but this had been re-enabled after the update.

Can you please ask TM support to add a link to both the ins, and the bz files (since they are not yet published on the downloads site.
I want a local copy rather than having to rely on an internet connecting update, before I'll consider updating.

The automatic updates doesn't work for me because is still loading, also after several minutes.

About the mobile Android app, I see only the version 2.4.16, while you said the version 2.4.18 is needed: when you put the new version into Google Play Store?

illogical" as not including the patches would be in a new release, it's just as
illogical to not have a more detailed changelog that mentions which patch level the current build has included.
Offering more verbose changelogs would allow customers, that would like to know, exactly which CVEs and various other bugs have been resolved.
These vague changelogs that get posted with each successive release do not build much confidence and always lead to many questions due to the lack of detail that is offered.

To install the latest TNAS Mobile App do the following:
1. launch the latest TNAS Mobile App
2. in the APP click on "Settings"
3. press on version information.
>>> Then you will be offered the latest version for download.

updated, without any issues, all seems to be working
