I am having a problem with this release using rsync. My main unit is a F4-210 and I use rsync to back up to a F2-210 and a Synology nas. This has been working for 1.5 years. The backups to the Synology works fine, but I get an error on the F4-210 unit in the Backup/rsync app when backing up to the F2-210 unit. The username and password are both good. I do not believe I was getting this error with the previous release. Both the F4-210 and F2-210 are running TOS 4.2.28 release. Has anyone else seen a problem with rsync in this release?

Connection failed! The following error message was returned by the system:
2022/02/05 23:13:13 [5452] @ERROR: auth failed on module
2022/02/02 23:13:13 [5452] rsync error: error starting client-server protocol (code 5) at main.c(1648) [Receiver=3.1.2]

It seems the rsync service failed to start, Try to restart your F2-210 and try again.

I've restarted both devices multiple times but it did not fix the problem. I receive the same error.

You can try to reset the username and password of the rsync server, authorized folders, etc.
