Please forgive me if this has already been covered somewhere else. But please help.
I’m unable to boot my device. All the HD lights are lit red and the NIC link and activity lights won’t go on. I get the same result with all the HDD’s pulled out. I have no idea what could have happened to cause this. The device is plugged into a surge protector+battery backup.

Re: F5-420 Won’t Boot
Hi! The initboot maybe broken, you can try the following link to burn a new USB initboot.

Re: F5-420 Won’t Boot
I’ve tried the instructions you’ve provided to burn a new USB initboot. Unfortunately the device is still experiencing the same conditions.

Hi, may I ask if TNAS PC can search for NAS? Does the power light come on? Does the device make a "beep" sound when it is turned on?

TNAS PC cannot search for PC. I’m not getting any network connectivity at all. The device does power up but doesn’t make a “beep” sound. The fans just continuously spin.

First try to clear the CMOS to see if it can be solved, if not, it should be a hardware problem, please contact our after-sales team
Clear CMOS method:
Please disassemble your TNAS and follow the steps below to clear the CMOS on the battery.
Unscrew the screws on the back of the unit, take off the motherboard, take out the battery, then hold down the poles of the battery with a metal material like tweezers for about 5-10 seconds, then put the battery back, assemble the device and install your hard drive and try again once.

Clearing the CMOS didn’t work. How do I contact your after-sales team?
