What is the file "aaaa" which keeps appearing?

In the public folder there is a file called "aaaa" which keeps reappearing, does anyone know what it is? I have only found one other mention of it using the forum search.

did you set the public folder to be a cloud drive sync folder? what happens if you delete it?

Nope, not synced. If i delete the file it reappears. The content of the file is

i believe it is related to one drive sync, would that make sense? the contents of your file lists dropbox so do you use dropbox sync on the nas drive?
i have this file, and it contains the folder names of what i have set to sync, if i delete this file and then go into the one drive sync program and click on tasks manager it then creates the file which lists the folders i have set to backup

Interesting, I do use dropbox sync but not one drive. Strangely it hasn't reappeared since I removed it yesterday and the only difference is I removed transmission... would seem to be a bit weird for it to be to do with that but then the rssseeds folder next to it definitely did seem to be. Will have to play around more

It hasn't reappeared again since I last deleted it, will have to play around and see if I can cause it to be recreated. I reinstalled transmission again to see if it was that but it's not
