TNASMobileFile Content Unavailable

Hello All,

TNAS F5-221 running 4.2.15-2107221409.

iPad Pro 12.9 running iPadOS 15.1

I’ve have always had this issue through ever since I first got my TNAS, but I’ve ignored it as I was able to access my files through other paths. Now it is interfering with my work.

I can access my TNAS files through Safari, by logging directly into my TNAS. I can also use the TNAS Mobile app and everything seems OK. However, the TNASMobileFiles integration into the iPad Files app doesn’t work. It just give me a message saying “Content Unavailable”. There doesn’t seem to be any mechanism to login to the TNAS using this integration.

What am I missing please?

Same issue here.
I have been trying this since a couple of months and still no content available.
Even if I try to access by ip number on my local network I got the same error.
