I want to expand the memory of my F2-422. I have bought a 4GB module (Samsung DDR3 SODIMM 1.35v 1600MHZ cl11) but the equipment does not turn on. The module works correctly because I have tested it on another computer.
Upon opening I noticed that the RAM socket is written "DDR3 1.5v", so I thought that would be the problem. I have bought another RAM module (Kingston DDR3 4GB 1.5v sodimm 1600mhz) but the exact same thing happens.
I have tried another module I had at home (Crucial DDR3 sodimm 1.35v 2GB 1600mhz) and it doesn't work either.
I have tried looking for some compatible module, official or not, but there is no way to find it. Can someone tell me what the problem is?

I used this one on my F2-221 with no issues. Detects 10G and has been working for 8 months.

Ddr3 or ddr3l? For what model?

DDR3L 1,333 MHz 1.3v. I have used 4GB and 8GB in my F5-221s.

there doesn't seem to be a DDR3L 1333MHz in that Aliexpress store. I actually ordered the 1600MHz for this reason (which also is not listed anymore), and my F2-220 won't boot with that.

There is 1333mhz showing when I click the link.

DDR3L ? definitely not for me. Maybe it depends on location?
