See link. My TNAS are both behind a Firewall and I block most connections. I’m seeing a lot of oauth.terra-master.com connection requests, uploading around 10 mb and downloading around 60 mb daily.

What is the oauth.terra-master.com connection for? What data is transferred?

As per previous post, I am using backblaze. Any issue should I block oauth.terra-master.com?

oauth.terra-master.com is used for authentication when you try to connect to your cloud drive account. If you block it you may not able to pass the authentication. This issue of traffic may because user activate the authentication, but he did not finish the process, so the cloud sync app keep request to the server. We will improve this part in future releases.

I can see it is your CDN, not what it is for.
