Add detailed instructions for running Home Assistant in TNAS via Docker or natively in TNAS

Would like for the "Home Assistant" home automation hub package to be supported and documented for installation via Docker, or as a native app within TNAS. This will require documentation for providing access to USB ZWAVE and Zigbee radio dongles (and possibly a bluetooth radio dongle as well).
