My CPU is always near 100%. Which is that?

that sort of process name is usually malware running on your nas drive so i believe you are infected with something
if you know what you are doing you can SSH to the nas drive and then prevent it from running, but more than likely you will either need to wipe your drives and start it all again or allow a TM engineer to login in remotely and they may be able to prevent it from running at start up

How can i see the process that starts with the system? Or if there is a process that start with a timer. Its seems to be a malware. When i kill the process, CPU is ok.

My hour is gmt+1 its so difficult that your engineer check it..
