Port 80

Hi,
I'm running TOS 4.2.X and I need to use port 80 for a reverse proxy that I run in docker. This port is used by the system, but I don't see what for as the TOS web UI is accessible on :8181 and :80 seems to re-direct to :8181. This is wasteful and forces me to use a custom port number in the web services I run locally.
Can you please let me know how to release port 80 and why do you need to use port 80?
Thank you
