Hi,
Do you mean that after restarting TNAS, the Web server, mariadb and smb services that have been enabled will no longer be available?
Can you describe the situation that cannot be used? Which version of your TOS is? Which model is your machine?

Hi,
my TNAS model F2-210, TOS 4.2.08... No, what happens is that when I restart the TNAS the Webserver, Mariadb and Smb services are turned off and I have to restart them again.

Hi,
Did you do anything before restarting? Under normal circumstances, this problem does not occur.
Can you try to reboot the device again and check the results?

I have seen this also with time-machine and afp, I switched the nas f-2-210 off to move it and when it came back up afp and TM were not active and my Mac could not back up but it was ok and has backed up the previous night
