Which methods to make a Bootable Pendrive.

Hey Guys,

I need a bootable Pendrive, so I am trying to make it, and there are some problems in the methods I am using.
So that I'm using Rufus Software and in this software I am facing some problem, and if anyone has the knowledge to operate it, then suggest me. Or tell me some other ways to make bootable Pendrive.
