Hi,
My PC and T-NAS are both on my home network.
From my Windows 10 PC and using File Explorer, I can access the first layer of folders at \\<T-NAS IP address>
However, when I double click to open a folder on the next level down, I am asked to enter network credentials.
When I enter a valid user name and password, and then click "Remember my credentials", I always get the following message, "\\<T-NAS IP address>\<selected folder> is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions." Followed by, "Multiple connections to a server or a shared resource by the same user, using more than one username, are not allowed. Disconnect all previous connections to the server or shared resource and try again."
What do I need to do to access my folders on my PC, please?
I can't get past the first layer of folders

Hi,
You can clear Windows credentials(or SMB network connection records) and try to access again.
