When I try to set the SSL port to 443 for the WebServer I get an error:
Port 443 has been occupied

Also, how can I install an SSL certificate?

There are many ports in the background, and it is normal that some ports are occupied.Port 443 is occupied, you can set and use other ports.
You can go to the control panel to import your SSL certificate, as shown below:
