I have made an "album backup" by using default default folder of TNAS mobile app.
It seems that the content of the backup is in "admin>Mobile backup>" but, how can access to the folder from the File Manager?

I did not realize that "admin" folder is visible in the Mobile app but it is not visible using File Manager.
Is there any option to visualize the user folder?

Try go to control panel》user》more》advanced settings, select the enable user home directory，then click apply.
You will be able to see the personal folders in the file management
