Phpmyadmin Default login password

Hello friends... New to community.. Installed phpmyadmin application to my new terramaster NAS ..But not able to login to phpmyadmin mysql.. used login : root / admin with password: password or empty.. NOT working.. Any help will be appreciated ..Thanks

Please try with username: root and password: admin to see whether it's ok.

- Same problem, user: root and Pass: admin can't login
And I Install PHP 7.3 but can't access
Please help!

Tried using Login id: root and password: admin
Still NOT working.
Any id pw combination giving me error :
mysqli_real_connect(): (HY000/1045): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. tried installing PHP 7.4 and also older versions. Still same issue !

Finally figured it out.
You need to install "MariaDB" first. Which has default id: root and password: admin.
Then after installing MariaDB change default password to whatever you like OR keep it admin and then use the same credential ( id: root and password: admin or if you have changed it then changed one) for Phpmyadmin. It will work. !!

Hi there! I'm new to the community and installed phpMyAdmin on my Terramaster NAS. However, I’m unable to log in to MySQL using the root/admin username with the password as 'password' or leaving it empty. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Please try installing "MariaDB" first. After enabling and launching the application, you will find the default username: root and password: admin.
