OneDrive Sync - schedule or limit option

Hi,

The OneDrive sync option is great - but it takes up all of my available upload capacity so I have to remember to turn it off before doing things like streaming.

Could either:

• An limit option be added to limit the amount of data it tries to upload
  
  A schedule option be added so that I can schedule it to run in the night when I don't care
