[Help] update from TOS - to TOS 7 failed and come back to TOS 6

Hello,
I want to update my NAS from TOS 6 to TOS 7.
I followed the thread viewtopic.php?t=10183 :
I have F8 SSD plus.
the current version is TOS 6.0.0794.
I checked the post viewtopic.php?p=49723#p49723 ==> my firmwares are up to date: "MADN0301.V07" and "24082140-0000"
(all actions performed in incognito mode in web browser)
I reinstalled manually TOS 6.0.0794 as asked in the ticket viewtopic.php?t=10183
I then installed manually the package TOS 7
==> I stay in version TOS 6.0.0794 (! ?) and all my users are erased and I have to create a new super admin. My data in Volume2 are not corrupted (I don't have Volume1).
Can anyone help me please?
