ClamAV - Realtime scan - Failure to engage (Again*)

Reinstalled system using Tos7.0.0791 *.ins file
Updated to .1105

ClamAV was not enabled.
Enabled OK - found previous scan reports
Reset scan environment - OK
Enabled Realtime scan -
Operation Failed - BUT checkbox shows enabled.
Reboot
Checkbox not enabled
Enabled Realtime scan - Operation Failed - But checkbox enabled
Shutdown and restart
Checkbox not enabled
Enabled Realtime Scan - Operation failed - But checkbox enabled.

This is only evident on re-installed system. Others can Disable/Enable at will.
I don't mind Beta testing, but having to check every little thing on an "official" release is getting tiresome.

Update:
Not only does the checkbox not survive a reboot, it does not survive a screen refresh! So the fact it "shows" as enabled if a fiction,

Further Update:
Uninstalled ClamAV - Including remove configuration files.
Reboot
Installed ClamAV - Appears to be working.

Interesting: all of the previous setting appear to have been retained. (including times of scans, db update, folders, etc.
