[Help] F2-425 Plus BIOS Upgrade

Post by iMoses »

I have an F2-425 Plus running BIOS V04. I need the updated BIOS ROM to patch the third M.2 NVMe slot mapping bug and allow third-party OS installations (Ubuntu) via USB.
Thanks

P.S. I'll be honest that this info was given to me by AI agents and it could be wrong for this specific model. Would appritiate your input...

Please follow the steps below to update your BIOS and set up Ubuntu:

1. Update BIOS: Refer to Method C in this guide to perform the BIOS update: viewtopic.php?t=10182

2. Configure Boot Settings: Enter the BIOS setup screen, set the "TOS Boot First" option to "Disabled".

3. Set Boot Order: Change the boot priority sequence to your Ubuntu bootable USB drive, then save the changes and reboot.
