Post by Hereng »

Sorry I am NOOB to terramaster, patience plaese.
Just got f4-423.
Upgraded to TOS 6.0.5.
Have 2 2tb SSD installed.
Both SSD's set as JOBD. No raid setup.
Control panel - storage spool shows both.
Control panel - volume also shows both.
File manager ---- only shows volume 1.
Check user/admin and file manager permissions are set to read/write.
How do I get file manager to see the other volume.
Thanks

Please navigate to TOS system interface > Control Panel > Access Rights > Shared Folders.

Try to create a shared folder that belongs to Volume 2, then refresh the TOS system interface and check whether Volume 2 appears in the File Manager.
