Thank you for your interest in and support for the TerraMaster F6‑425 Pro. Recently, some users have raised questions regarding the "USB4" labeling on the product's interface silk‑screen. We would like to provide the following clarification.

Interface Hardware Specification

The F6‑425 Pro is equipped with two Thunderbolt 4 ports, which are also compatible with USB4. These ports support 40 Gbps high‑speed data transfer, daisy‑chaining, Thunderbolt network bridge, and video output.

Although the silk‑screen label reads "USB4," the actual interface functionality conforms to the Thunderbolt 4 standard — performance and features are not affected by the labeling. Please use the ports as standard Thunderbolt 4 ports.

Future production batches will officially adopt the "TB4" label to ensure full alignment between the marking and the actual interface capabilities.

Feature Usage Guide

Detailed instructions on Thunderbolt direct‑connect mode, Thunderbolt USB HOST mode, and the Thunderbolt network bridge feature will be updated in the official forum and TOS help documentation. Please refer to these resources for guidance.
