[Help] F4-210 unreachable - how to recover data on drives?

I can't access my NAS device. It boots, shows green lights, but will not allow me to connect to it. Then after a while (a few hours or so) it starts beeping then shuts down. Once this happens the only way to power it on is to unplug the power cable and reinsert it. I had another post a while ago regarding attempting to get this device working, but none of the advice worked - it is still unusable in its weird way.
Having said all of that, I really need to get access to the drives so I can move my data to something else. Is there some way to access the data on those drives? 3 are in a Raid 1 group, one is standalone. Can I just get another brand of storage array, insert the Raid drives and see them that way? For the standalone drive, is there a readable format on this that I can access via Mac/PC/Chromebook?

According to your description, the device can start normally, but cannot be connected or accessed; After running for several hours, it will emit a beep sound and automatically shut down, and it needs to be disconnected and reconnected to the power before it can be restarted. This indicates that there may be system level or hardware level anomalies in the device.
Before confirming that the data has been securely backed up, do not perform initialization, formatting, rebuilding RAID, creating new storage pools, or other operations on the existing hard drive to avoid affecting the existing data.
For RAID array hard drives, we do not recommend directly inserting them into other brands of NAS to read data. Due to differences in the processing methods of RAID metadata among different vendors, improper operations may result in the array being unrecognizable and even pose data risks.
1. We suggest trying to reinstall the TOS system for testing first. If there are any abnormal situations such as failure, jamming, or inability to start during the installation process, you can try replacing the hard drive with a new one,
2. If the hard drive and array status are confirmed to be normal, but the device cannot continue to be used. You can also consider replacing your NAS device with a new one, such as a four bay model that supports M.2 system disks (such as F4-425 Plus). By installing the TOS system on the M.2 SSD and inserting the original data disk into the device, it is usually possible to directly mount and access the original data, provided that the hard disk and array are in normal condition.

for your recommendations:
1 - I cannot access the device, how do I reinstall TOS? If there is some way to do this, will it impact the data on the hard drives?
2 - Given that I can't access the device, I guess this is the option to take. There are a few 4 bay versions, is the critical issue the use of the M.2 system disk - I assume that is so it doesn't overwrite a hard drive with the system files, correct? Looking on amazon, there is a cheaper version, the f4-212 which is about a third of the price of the f4-425. Could I use this one instead?

1. You can refer to this post to reinstall the system:
viewtopic.php?t=423 Reinstalling the system will not affect the data on your hard drive.
2. The F4-212 is an ARM architecture device. If you are considering scalability and future upgrades, you can choose the x86 architecture F4-425.
