Very quick update, thanks to the TerraMaster team, so far I'm very happy with the existing F8 ssd plus.

Also can you please tell me when the D5-310 will be available in Europe, I'm very excited about that product.

I have installed TOS 6, and since then, I have been experiencing slowdowns when copying files via SMB, installing any app, executing SQL queries on MariaDB, or enabling the Docker engine. I don’t understand the issue; according to the benchmark, the HDDs are fine. Every day, I have to restart the NAS for it to respond decently; otherwise, it becomes almost impossible to interact with it. I have reinstalled TOS, changed the boot USB using the new Windows tool (which has improved boot times). The system reaches 100% usage, while CPU usage remains low at around 5-10%. The only thing left to try is formatting with ext4 instead of Btrfs. f2-221 bios MAPL0304v17

Same issue with NFS, very slow to copy files from MacOS to NAS.
What's wrong with TOS ?

Thank you for your feedback. To assist you better in troubleshooting, we need more information. Could you please let us know the approximate speed when copying from MacOS to NAS via NFS? Have you tried copying a single large file, and what was the speed? Please check if there are any high IO tasks currently running on your NAS, if there are any queues in synchronization, and if the system load is very high. Also, you can go to Control Panel > Network > Interface, select the current interface, expand the details, and check the bandwidth.

For one file (1 Giga) the average speed is 10 Mo/s (go to 30 Mo/s and down to 0.5 Mo/s...go to 10 and down...). The same file with FTP service is 120 Mo/s.
There is nothing in synchronisation and the system is note high.
For now I just use FTP. NFS and SMB are too slow.

After test it works well if I use NFS V3 instead NFS V4.

Your message is well understood : I have to delete my post.
However, i have been facing a few problems lately with devices (router, handphones, pc) for accessing tm forum, exactly is "problem with tm communications".
Only disabled router connection n using purely phone data link, then i can access tm forum. Another main problem is "i could not find the page to initial a new post", even after 2 requests sent to tm forum. For sure, i might not be that smart to find out after no less than an hour searching everywhere, a simple guide from tm to me can help.
A more serious question but not as "finger pointing", am i blocked by tm, if yes, what offences? We are already on the same boat, wishing tm has successful business. Best to all.
(There are other new tm nas problens that i am facing, please let us clarify the above, so everyone is happy, chess.

Why would we ban a polite, humble and lovely forum user? Have you posted anything that might violate the forum rules or be anti-human?
Rest assured, we checked but did not find any bans on your account or IP.

Regarding your previous issue of not being able to connect or failing to post, it may have been due to a busy server or a heavy traffic attack at the time.
It should be fine now, right?

There is also a smaller possibility that the router's automatically assigned DNS may not have successfully resolved the server's domain name. In this case you might consider trying to manually change your PC's DNS to 8.8.8.8 or 223.5.5.5.
