I see. I'm still very new to NAS. When you say you have those 2 Crucial P3 500GB in TRAID configuration for OS/Apps only, does that mean you're not using 1 of them for caching? Is there a reason why you didn't split 1 x OS/Apps and 1 x Cache?

I don't use any applications that really
require caching. (I don't actually think that many do really need this function).
Much prefer a redundancy factor by having mirrored (Traid in this case) drives.

I have recently acquired a TerraMaster F8 SSD Plus and I can confirm fanxiang SSD 2To NVMe M.2 S690Q is working properly.

Patriot P300 NVME M.2 PCIe Gen 3 x4 256GB is working fine in a F2-423 running TOS 6.0.694 as the system/apps drive

Patriot Memory P320 1TB NVMe PCIe Gen 3x4 - M.2 2280 is working fine in a F2-423 running TOS 6.0.694 in the system/apps volume.
