after installed TOS 5 version tpk, I got error screen as attachements, can anyone help me?

I cant't reproduce your issues, tried a fresh install and i can access the frontUI.
Can you answer below ?

• How many Volume's you have on your NAS

• On which Volume have you installed the apps

• Was a fresh install of TOS5 or an upgrade from TOS4 to TOS5

Your TOS language => It's Chinese, althrough I change to English, I got same error screen.
How many Volume's you have on your NAS => 1.81TB/5.45TB
On which Volume have you installed the apps => Actually I have only 1 volume, my NAS model is F2-221.
Was a fresh install of TOS5 or an upgrade from TOS4 to TOS5 => It's a fresh install of TOS5.

One more question, which user did the app installation? The superuser created during TOS installation or a user created later from TOS interface?

it's superuser, I'm admin and i don't create any other user in system.

Small question, does the error only appear after a reboot or directly after the installation?
Jellyfin didn't work for me after a reboot either.
I tried to start it manually (no jellyfin autostart) and it just wouldn't start.

After a reboot, i can't start it. If i hit the start module button, it did not start.

Have you downloaded again the app and install it? Because I made some changes after your first message
