TOS 7.0.0706 Beta (X86) is Released for Update

If I upgrade from 6.0.794 to 7 with VirtualBox installed on 6, will VirtualBox still work on 7. Can I then install Virtual Machine application while I still have VirtualBox installed.

I use USB Passthrough on VirtualBox with a VM with Home Assistant, so I need Home Assistant to continue to work with the USB dongle for Zigbee/Zwave home automation devices.

I see TOS 7 is launching on June 23rd in 7 days, so I would like to upgrade, but need to know that VirtualBox will still work.

SMB shared folder access completely inaccessible. It doesn't even ask for permission. Just nothing. WTF happened with this update?

I tried using SFTP, that didn't work either.

We have not received any reports of similar issues so far. Please confirm whether the network connection is normal, whether the system has been successfully updated, and whether SMB and SFTP have started properly. If everything is fine, please enable debug mode, restart your TNAS device, observe it for a few hours, and then send us the debug log for analysis. Thank you!

I did re-install MariaDB+phpMyadmin+MyWebSQL but all ends in:

502 Bad Gateway
nginx/1.18.0 (Ubuntu)

Could we debug this? It seems that its not working fine on an F4-SSD, has to do with the warning in the release notes about the root filesystem?

I'm confirming the same error in the latest TOS 7 beta with MariaDB and phpMyAdmin.
It worked perfectly before applying the latest beta.

Solution is to install php 7.4 and not 8.0

But isn't that just the announcement of the public beta? I obviously know about that as I'm here. I can't see any mention of a 23rd June release there.

Yes it is still supported in TOS7, you may upgrade after we release final TOS7
