You can try to clear the cache records of SMB access on your computer. You can refer to this link: viewtopic.php?f=77&t=2743&p=14974&hilit=%2Fdel#p14974

Thank you for suggestion but that does not fix issue, the missing Shared Folder is still not restored on the F5-422. The data is saved on the disk but the F5-422 will not make the folder so I cannot use the files.

Please check whether you also have a shared folder named "NAS" on Volume1. If it exists, you can follow this operation guide: viewtopic.php?f=81&t=4598 (Note that replace the volume name and shared folder name in the operation guide )

Doesn't help: After clearing all Safari browser data (+ history) the TOS control panel still shows NaN.NaN.NaN for date and time. My iPad iOS version is 17.2 (current).

I modified the script from that link to fix the problem. I rename NAS to NAS1 and mount. Then it appears in Shared Folders, now I rename back to NAS. I do not know why it would not mount automatically after update, but now it is working.

You can log in with another browser on your iPad to see if it is displayed properly.

The issue persists: I just installed Firefox, Chrome and Opera on my iPad and all three show the exact same as Safari with NaN.NaN.NaN for date and time.

And it is the same on a totally different iPad. On Windows (Chrome and Edge) it's all good. At the moment this issue is only cosmetic for me and not a real issue.

Imagine my total shock when I decided to get 5 fresh 20TB drives and load them into my F5-221, when I was like "you know what, I am going to see if there's an update." I went to the website, to support and downloads and bam, there's 5.0.176. Amazing! Well, I didn't know the forums were more reliable for updates, but I digress.

The 5.0.176 had my fans stop working entirely and I had so many headaches with it. Yesterday I decided to say forget it, read up more and found this release and it needing 5.1.24. So, I did a factory reset, fans started to work and then updated up to this version. Thank god.

let me just say, building out a RAID5 with 4 drives and a spare without fans running was... an adventure. So if you have issues with fans, the drive lights all red, fans not spinning, I strongly recommend reset and load the .24 release first, then upgrade.

Just to point this out - 5.1.103 is newer than "5.0.176 and 5.1.24"
(Guess you just looked at the last 3 digits) :D
