I've followed the directions for installing the new version 10.10.3.3 and rebooted your NAS.

It's barely working; after 2-3 seconds of streaming, the video freezes. If I play 4K videos using the web app, some of them can play with transcoding, but others freeze after 2-3 seconds. If I play the same 4K video on the Jellyfin Mobile App, transcoded to 1080p, it only plays for 2-3 seconds before freezing and showing the background image.

The output streaming display size is 1080p.

i'm using Jellyfin TOS5 10.9.4.0 aarch64.tpk.
I configured dir /Volume1/Film as share with my films but the scan doesn't found anything. (My files .mkv are under /Volume1/Film/Films)

No. Jellyfin is installed from the App Center.

My question was if you are using some docker containers (not Jellyfin) that constantly start / close network interfaces. You can try the latest Jellyfin 10.3. 5.0. May include also a fix for this
I personally doesn't encounter such error.
