Thank you for the additional information. You mentioned at least two other people experiencing issues consistent with what you presented, can you point us to any of the relevant threads?
There may be an unknown reason for the brief rise in CPU usage. We recommend that you continue communicating with your tech support email and schedule a remote troubleshooting appointment.

Here are some recommendations.
1. Utilize a Forum for Centralized Communication: Set up a dedicated forum section for the beta program, with a main topic for the overall beta (e.g., "Beta 6") and sub-topics for each specific version (e.g., "Beta 6.1", "Beta 6.2"). This keeps all beta-related information organized and easily accessible.(IE like was done on: “Know More About TOS 6”)
2. Provide Transparent Updates: Regularly post updates in the forum, including:
o Sprint Summaries: Briefly outline what was addressed in each development sprint related to the beta.
o Known Issues: Clearly communicate any known bugs or limitations in each version.
o Upcoming Changes: Give users a preview of features or fixes expected in future beta releases.
3. Encourage User Engagement: Actively participate in the forum, answering questions, addressing concerns, and gathering feedback. This fosters a sense of community and demonstrates that you value user input.
4. Gather and Analyze Feedback: Pay close attention to user feedback in the forum and other channels. Use this information to identify areas for improvement and prioritize future development efforts.
Remember: Clear communication, transparency, and active engagement are crucial for a successful beta program. By keeping users informed and involved, you can gather valuable feedback and ensure a smooth transition to the final release.

So far I can't update to TOS 6 beta
I follow the process from 5.1.145
First load the package and apply
Then wait during the setup
But it's fail
Is that append to another tester ?

For your first post on this forum, that was delightfully insightful. Especially considering it covers almost everything that @TM has tried to do already.

Please compare the md5 value of the package you have downloaded with the one on the official website, if it is not consistent, please download it again.
If the downloaded package still can't be successfully used for updating, please contact the customer service window of the official website or the technical support e-mail, we can arrange engineers to help you troubleshoot remotely.

Their problems are both related to high CPU usage, but there are clear differences in the descriptions, which may be due to different causes. More information is needed to confirm this, and it's hard to say that the problem you're experiencing is universal.

No one said that i'm experiencing a "universal" problem. Anyway I'm switching OS, so it doesn't matter anymore: thanks for your attention and good luck with TOS 6.
