The Video folder looks good now for SMB access via the scratched in the last screenshot mount path.
Don't try to use NFS or WebDAV though.
On the General tab it will be good to select also "Replace permissions on all subdirectories with permissioins of this folder" - that will reset the already existing subfolders with the desired access.

Well, you figured it out for one folder - just follow the model for the rest of them ;-)

Good luck

Well I can now access files through my VLC player on my Fire cube so I can stream again. Took me til 5 hours ago to get it working through windows so I could move new files into my media library on my NAS. Finally was able to get transfers started and get a couple hours sleep. I appreciate all the help on here. Was stressing over this all day yesterday.

To keep the information about all potential reasons updated, currently there are one more possiblity to have a problem when trying to access TNAS shares from Windows 11 (24H2 and later) - it's requiring all connections to use SMB signing (after update KB5065426)

More information about how to resolve that corner case here:
https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/dis ... nd/4391526
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answe ... er=answers

Eventually that will be resolved with the new TOS versions from the TNAS side...
