If you are an IOS user, you can search for TNAS mobile 3 in the app store.

There is no function in the TNAS mobile app for ios for uploading files/documents to Nas server. It’s only possible to upload photos/videos.

How to upload files to NAS remotely, from mobile and outside the local network?

Currently, file uploads are not supported. We plan to add this feature in future updates.

You can temporarily transfer files to the NAS using the SMB protocol.

i recently bought this nas to upload my photos from my phone. And you said this..

You can back up photos from your phone to the NAS.
