Do you see that the newly created folder is directly mounted under the root directory `/` in the terminal?

¿Podría decirnos cómo creó la carpeta compartida? la cree como cualquier otra carpeta normal por medio de la interface grafica en el navegador web en panel de control>>>carpeta compartida>>>añadir
¿Cómo se montó esta carpeta compartida en el directorio raíz? no lo se pero se lleno esa particion y tube que restructurar cun ayuda de ia ¿Se montó allí tras un reinicio normal? desde siempre se monto alli, tambien trate de reiniciar y de borrarla y se montaba alli siempre esa carpeta
¿Funciona correctamente /Volume1/ en este momento? en este momento si tras mi configuracion ¿Se muestra tal como debería? se sigue mostrando como deberia /Backuply pero sin m correccion se montaria en /
¿Cuándo notó este comportamiento por primera vez y qué versión de TOS estaba utilizando? lo note hace una semana, ya que empece a usar una aplicacion llamada "Backuply" que sirbe para respaldar datos de hosting web es un plugin que se instala en una plataforma llamada directadmin muy parecida a c panel, y este plugin llmada backuply se configura por sftp anexo imagen de configuracion
¿Esto ocurría también en versiones anteriores? no lo se apenas lo note y si es grave
¿Es posible reproducir el problema? si el problema es reproducible, cuento con varios terramaster y curiosamente probe en 2 de ellos y ambos se llearon y tubieron el mismo comportamiento, si lo intentan por sftp veran como se comporta en sus equipos.

You can also choose a suitable backup tool in our Backup Center to back up your current data.

The system configuration does not include Rsync task configurations. Regarding the issue you mentioned, please check whether the current storage pool and volumes are in a normal state. You can also enter dmesg in the terminal to check whether there are any file system errors.

Ah, my mistake — I misread. You're probably on the Pro version. /Backuply is definitely wrong though, don't use that one. Open File Manager, find that folder, see what its full path is, and try entering that.

Would you be willing to help us run a quick test? Before restarting your TNAS, please stop or exit the Backuply backup tool. Once the TNAS has fully restarted, launch Backuply again and see whether the issue occurs again. We suspect that Backuply begins writing data to the TNAS before TOS has completely booted up — the Volume hasn't finished mounting at that point, so data ends up being written to the root directory. If this is confirmed, we'll have a corresponding solution ready.

How can i reinstall the TOS7 OS for example downgrading it in a previuos version?
