I understood the default port for SSH is 9222 on TOS :
@Mac ~ % ssh -p 9222
[email protected]
** WARNING: connection is not using a post-quantum key exchange algorithm.
** This session may be vulnerable to "store now, decrypt later" attacks.
** The server may need to be upgraded. See

What is the default password ?

My F5221 board stopped working. I was told to by a F6424. The question is, what is required to move my F5 RAID drives to the F6 chassis.
Do I need to simply install the drives and power on?
Do I need to add a new drive and bring it up to speed and then add my 5 drives from my F5?
Please provide any links or knowledge on this process

You need to confirm your original TOS version. If it's a newer version like TOS6, you can boot directly from the installation hard drive. If it's an older version, you'll need to add a new disk to install the system. We recommend scheduling a remote migration with an engineer via the official website's online chat after your new device arrives.

The default boot system for the F6-424 is TOS 6. You can install TOS 6 on a new hard drive and then insert the five old hard drives to read the data. If the system on the old hard drives is functioning normally, you can also remove the internal USB drive with the bootable system and directly insert it into the old hard drive to boot the NAS.
