Sorry, this CloudSync app update is only available on TOS 7. We recommend checking here to see if your NAS is eligible for the upgrade:

Upgrade to unstable TOS to check if the app updates work as expected. Kidding? Where is the support?

TOS 7 is officially out of beta. If you're still worried about stability, feel free to wait a bit before upgrading.

I'd suggest watching the release notes and feedback here. If something doesn't feel right, you can choose not to delay the upgrade if you prefer.
