Ok thank you, I have on more question before I proceed. Will it automatically download the latest version of TOS 6 or will I need to manually provide the installation v6 package?

Simply select the automatic online installation option, and it will automatically download the latest version of TOS 6.

Thanks for everyone's help, the reinstallation went smoothly and everything is working perfectly again.
