i used this metod tmnascommunity.eu/download/immich/
my folder is /Volume1/DockerAppsData/immich

i can not create subdirectory in the shared folder
there is only /Volume1/DockerAppsData/

To go along with my random shutdowns I have noticed that my 4 HDD's are always doing something. Using the beta app on my phone all 4 show between 55-75% busyness at all times with the writes on all 4 being around 40MB/s. All while nothing is being used. I looked in the services and processes and nothing shows a moderate load or higher.
System load is 12-15% and CPU is always around 7%.
Media index is off.
All drives are in good health.
