Fixed. For some reason, on the first Generate, it didn't generate a report at all (jumped from 1% to done in a few seconds).

Deleted the first and tried again and that worked. Email sent. Hope it clears something up.

Argh. Email bounced back. Seems gmail doesn't like something in the zip file so I'll re-send it with the .zip with a renamed extension.
...which still bounced back.
I've sent it from my work's Outlook account and, a few minutes later, looks like it's on its way.

If you have a large number of files, this situation may occur.
I see the Plex is running actively, it might consume some system performance. Try reducing its usage or temporarily disabling Plex, which may help.
Attempt to set up regular cleanup of unused RAM usage, which might improve performance:
