Ipad 11th gen (IOS 26.6 Beta)
current mobile version of tnas app (3.5.068)
TOS 7 v616
First showing preping 14, just stays there for hours
Stop the sync, start again, it will instantly upload a few pictures, then stalls.
Stop the sync, start it again, same thing it will process a few then stall
3rd time, same then all are uploaded

This has been done
Update to latest TOS version then test again viewtopic.php?t=10135
Difficulty in upgrading TOS as system says a .bz2 file is needed for manual update from 7.0.0500. it states
Update check failed. Please check your network connection and try again.

At a loss now. :|

Why does everything seem to be so difficult for a somewhat simpler operation?

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize for the previous errors. I checked your previous posting history and found that your machine is based on the ARM architecture. Your current version 7.0.0500 is already the latest version and does not support the 7.0.616 update.

Ok then. But the upload issue from iPhone to NAS using the Apple Testflight TNAS lastest Beta still exists. How do we resolve this issue?
Thanks

Are your backed-up photos stored locally on your iPhone or in iCloud? Currently, it's not possible to directly back up photos stored in iCloud.

If they are stored on your iPhone, you can export the iOS log: My iPhone/TNAS mobile/Log, and send it to the support email address for analysis.

To quickly locate your issue, please include a link to this post in the body of your email.
