Just for your information, this is not a new bug—it has always been this way.
When using the Control Panel quick search, searching for “DDNS” or “TNAS.Online” does not return any results, even though these entries exist in the Remote Connection dialog.
Even though I’m using the French version, I believe the issue also affects the English version.
There may be other dialogs that are missing text indexing as well.
The issue has been observed and will be fixed. Thank you for your feedback.

Updated from 6.0.610. Now if i enable media indexing i get a red error message: Failed to create index and no indexing happens.
We are trying to reproduce the issue you mentioned. Does this anomaly affect your normal use of the media index?

Do any of these fixes relate to external drives changing names? i.e. USB_SDF2 will switch with USB_SDG1 after a power cycle.
There is no function to change the name of the USB external disk for the time being. We are discussing and investigating the feasibility of this.

Running fine on both (F2/F4-223) iSCSI running fine and attached LUNs, no issues.
Actively working with support on the F4 why the RAID5 disk activity is busy for ~2hr after any type of restart.
Even the reboot after applying the 648 update has the disks going.

Hi all,
After upgrading to the new 6.0.648 release I have faced an issue with the UPS support.
The UPS settings were disabled:
... and now it requires an "http" and a port to be configured ¿?
If I configure the "http" protocol in the uri and a random port, then Im able to configure the UPS server:
This seems to be related to this point on the release notes:
"2.Optimized the UPS connection mechanism."
Regards!

What is new:
1.Optimized the email delivery mechanism.
Notifications via the default SMTP server do not work for me, with the new version.

We have reviewed the relevant error logs and are currently in communication with the email service provider.

When you notice your disk is busy, you can go to the "Processes" section in the Control Panel to check which processes are using the hardware resources.

TOS 6.0.648
3. Fixed the issue that firewall, resource monitoring, and file management pages displayed abnormally.
- After update 6.0.648, the display in the resource monitor has not been fixed.
- But it has to be like this:
Sorry that the display issue there has not yet been resolved. Please wait for updates in subsequent TOS versions.

Thanks so much for working on the UPS connection, seems to be holding steady so far! Fingers crossed, great job!
Edit: Nah I spoke too soon. It forgot my UPS by morning.
