HI !
Thank you for contacting the TerraMaster team!

Can you please provide us with the installed version of TNAS.Mobile?
Regarding your mention of not being able to return to the root directory to select a different subdirectory, you can click the arrow button in the upper left corner to return to the previous directory and select the directory.
As for your concern about the behavior of the “Backup to” directory, please note that “Backup to” will create a new backup folder in the selected backup path and the photos will be backed up in this folder instead of directly to the selected folder.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.
Thank you for your response. I wanted to highlight that both the Android back button and the top-left arrow button are redirecting to the previous page instead of navigating to the parent directory page. I am currently using version 3.3.038.

Additionally, starting today, I’ve noticed a change in the language or font displayed, and I’m unsure how this occurred. I have not logged in or made any changes to the settings. I only have access to my account, and at the moment, I’m unable to switch the language back to English. I’m not sure if this is a known issue.

I have attempted both soft and hard reboots, but unfortunately, the system still does not display English fonts or language. Could you please advise on how to resolve this?

I am experiencing significant instability with my system. Should I attempt to resolve the issues, or would it be better to reinstall the operating system? Additionally, how can I reinstall the OS without losing data on the current volume? The OS is installed on Volume1, which is located on my HDDs. I also have NVMe drives, but they are configured for hyper cache and do not host the operating system. I would appreciate any suggestions for an efficient and reliable solution.

The above reported font issue is due to my windows machine and sorted out, it's not a TOS issue.
