This issue is being resolved, please wait patiently for the release of subsequent versions. Currently, it is recommended that you manually download the image through the background command.

I am not sure if hub.docker.com is blocking ICMP, but ending a ping to that destination does not result in an ICMP reply. That being said, it appears that any registry endpoint is not resulting in resolution for a Docker image.

We have also noticed this phenomenon. The official links provided by Docker have been quite unstable recently. This situation needs continuous monitoring, and currently, there are no immediate solutions.

I also have the same thing happen (latest TOS6 version).
hub.docker.com is definitely blocking ICMP because I can't ping it from anywhere else. But I can do wget https://registry.hub.docker.com/ just fine from the NAS, so it's definitely not a DNS issue (at least not from admin--maybe it's from whichever user is running the Docker service?)

No, it seems to be the same problem even for super-admin user. Is the issue that Docker requires user registration? (I don't know since I don't use it much except for testing, which obviously been a disaster recently)

I am having the same problem and it's definitely not a DNS issue.

If I try to view Docker Registry in TOS I get nothing. If I do a search on docker in SSH I get a list back.

BTW the subdomain hub.docker.com blocks ICMP so people won't be able to ping it. That's not a valid test. By doing a docker search in SSH I can see that my NAS can definitely retrieve the data from docker's repository but I can't get the same data through TOS.

The issue with the Docker registry not displaying in TOS version 5 has been addressed. Please be patient and await the release of the updated application.

Hi,

Just to inform all that with TOS6 610 the issue is currently fixed (without updating Docker Manager).

When is this fix expected to release please? I still can't access the registry.

We have recently updated Docker, if you are an old version, try it after the update.
