In case anyone else runs into this issue this was the fix that was sent to me by someone on the TerraMaster team.
The available RAM is too low, which may be the reason...
After a reboot, the RAM will likely return to a low occupancy level.
You can refer to this to solve the RAM auto-increase problem．
